HELLO! We are back from sailing around St. Martin and the surrounding Renaissance Islands. After our sail, we stayed an extra couple of nights at Captain Oliver’s Resort on Oyster Pond to get our “land legs” back. Whenever we left our room, we passed these three beautiful birds who met us with a loud “Hello!” The blue macaw was the one who talked the most…he even said “goodbye” once when I prompted him!
Once I’ve had a chance to unpack, get my pictures and thoughts together, I’ll post more about the trip. We certainly have stories to tell! Please check back–I hope to post more this weekend. As with any trip, as much fun as we had, it is GREAT to be home!
